CueGrowth develops software for lead research, enrichment, filtering, and GTM automation.

• Software Architecture: Architected and redesigned the platform from monolithic to microservices architecture; led technical decisions for system design, service boundaries, and technology stack selection.
• Back-end Development: Implemented and scaled Django REST APIs and Go microservices for performance-critical components.
• AI Services: Built FastAPI-based services for web-grounded lead enrichment, natural-language filtering, structured data extraction, and personalized outreach using Google Gemini and Pydantic-validated outputs.
• Research & Sales Agents: Developed PydanticAI agents with streaming chat, conversation memory, and dynamic tool discovery to research leads and orchestrate enrichment, filtering, messaging, and CRM workflows.
• AI Tooling: Built FastMCP-based internal tools; deployed and integrated OpenWebUI and OpenTerminal into internal AI workflows. Used Claude Code, Codex, and Pi for AI-assisted development.
• Automation & Task Orchestration: Built in-house task manager and intelligent task distribution system that orchestrates workflow execution across atomic workers written in Go and Express.js; routes tasks through SQS or the outbox pattern based on execution requirements. Implemented atomic workers that handle browser automation through Express.js microservices running Selenium and computational tasks through Go workers; designed priority-based scheduling and fault-tolerant task retry mechanisms. Migrated automation layer from custom EC2-based solution to Kubernetes-based Selenium Grid with custom controller written in Go; massively reduced infrastructure costs while decreasing workforce needed to maintain the old automation layer.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Migrated infrastructure to Kubernetes; developed Ansible framework to manage Kubernetes clusters for deployment, configuration management, and orchestration.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Configured and maintained CI/CD pipelines; managed container orchestration for scalable and reliable deployments across environments.
• Database Management: Migrated from MySQL RDS to self-hosted Autobase PostgreSQL, cutting DB costs by ~45% and improving query performance up to 30%; optimized complex queries across MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Monitoring & Observability: Set up comprehensive monitoring stack with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki to identify and resolve system bottlenecks; improved overall system performance through data optimization and query tuning.
